Cement Walls

After researching various products, we decided to use Insteel 3D. 

Components of the installed panel include:

1. Foam core for insulation.
2. Wire mesh on inside and outside.
3. Welded truss of wire cross pieces.
4. Sprayed concrete on both sides ("shotcrete").

A gunnite machine is used to blow cement on both sides.  We installed these panels and sprayed the concrete. We hired cement finishers.

The perimeter wall and two inside walls of our house are 8 inches thick.  September's light bill was $211. To be fair, we only use one A/C unit to cool part of the house. When we have company, then we turn both units on.
